FINE ART PRINTS
I see my photographs not simply as images, but as works of art intended to exist in physical form.
Not every photograph becomes a print. I select individual works that I believe have the qualities to exist as physical artworks, and determine how each should be presented.
Each work is produced as a limited edition of ten numbered prints. The edition is shared across all available sizes, so no more than ten numbered prints of a photograph will ever be produced, regardless of format.
The available sizes are 40 × 60 cm, 50 × 75 cm and 60 × 90 cm. Not every work is necessarily offered in every size; the appropriate formats are selected by the artist for each individual work.
The paper is also selected individually for each photograph, taking into consideration its character, tonal range and visual qualities. The aim is not simply to reproduce the image, but to create a physical work that complements it.
Every print is individually signed and numbered. A physical Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each work, identifying the photograph, edition, format and printing details.
No more than ten numbered prints will ever be produced. Once the tenth print has been produced, the edition is permanently closed.
